These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

Payment must be made in full before your order can be processed and dispatched. 5 | Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation of Orders: You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@pawesomehampers.co.uk. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges on most products within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Certain items, such as perishable treats, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@pawesomehampers.co.uk and wee will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for the item.
