What is your processing time?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase (this is dependent on which shipping option you have chosen)

What are your shipping costs?

Do you provide order tracking?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

What is the delivery time of the parcel?

Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 working days, while expedited and express options offer quicker delivery times. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and carrier delays.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

Currently, we offer shipping within the UK and Europe. If you are located outside of these areas, we sadly cannot send our goods. For international orders, please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied by your country's customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

What happens if I put the wrong address on my parcel?

Please notify us soon as possible on contact@pawesomehampers.co.uk. However, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

What happens if my package is undelivered?

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or any other reason, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
